Dress Braw

I bought this dress #65466 excited to wear this for my sisters Quince. When it arrived I immediately tried it on but noticed a defect on the dress. The left side was sewn weird and it made my top look deformed and wider on one side. I took pictures and sent them to Dress braw and was simply told that the dress was especially made for me and in other words I had to keep the dress as is, defects and all. I explained that the dress is defected and that it was not fair that I had to be stuck with a dress as is. And it is a standard size 8 red dress, nothing custom was done to this dress. Is this the type of dresses they send out then? I believe that since its defected I should be able to return or at least an exchange for a different. This was in the beginning of December. I have been emailing and emailing and have been ignored, I only received that one reply and now nothing. I have lost count how many emails I have sent and how pictures and I have still been ignored. At this point I would rather return and not receive an exchange, I do not trust this company buying expensive dresses for important special occasions, and to be ignored when there is a problem. I do NOT recommend Dress Braw at all and will be letting my friends know on Facebook this incident. I for sure did not wear this dress for my sisters quince's, I went to a local store and tried on dresses to make sure it was perfect with no defects and was happy with my purchase from a local store.
