I ordered 2 handbags from this site. I received 2 - 1 was a different bag than I originally requested. I have been back and forth with "customer service" who have been dodging my request for the actual return address. It has been such a headache and negative experience I originally only wanted to return/be refunded for the incorrect part of my order. Now, I want to return everything and get a full refund. I am disputing it with my credit card company and am still hearing from there customer service. However it is like pulling teeth and after several hours of back and forth - still no return address information.
