We hired Central Florida Kitchen and Bath to replace our shower. It was a turn key job including tear out, replacing the durock, installing a new shower pan and installing a new Terrastone shower. They did not put in the door. We called the door guy the day CFK&B was finishing on 1/19/13. He said that it would be 10 days before it would be installed. We did not use the shower because the lack of a door. After he installed the shower, he asked that we not use it for at least 24 hours. We used our shower for the first time on Sat, 1/19/13. We didn't notice that the shower head was leaking until Monday. About a year ago the rain head was istalled and we've never had a problem. Today, we called CFK&B and asked them to come out and fix the shower leak. Even though it was a turnkey job, they said that we had to hire a plumber to come out and fix the leak. We feel that they should hire the plumber because we hired them to do the job.
