International boundaries

Called and cancelled and requested full refund on 1/6/13, placed order on 12/15/12. Requested full refund and to stop any further shipments. Called again on1/23/13 because the refund hasn't been issued yet. They said I called on the sixth and asked to cancel shipments but they do not have record I requested a refund and it is now beyond the 30 day money back guarantee. So for about $200 I have received a 14 day trial bottle... They would not budge and just repeated the 30 days were up for a refund but I had called originally on the 6th... They eventually hung up on me!
