On this date i went to NACA Nieghborhood Assistance Corporation of America. I was informed that ihad been approved for a loan reduction on my wells fargo loan. I provided the representative Nekia Tharp toliver the home preservation specialist with the necessary documents to process the loan modification. In August i spoke with Wells Fargo and asked them what should i do about paying my mortgage. I was advised not to pay my mtg. as agrant would be provided to pay any arrears. In October i received a letter stating that i had been denied, and and later found out that my account had been referred to credit bureau for default in my paymets, and then latet told my account was going into foreclousure. Hours and hours on the phone were futile as all i received were voicemail and representative who kept telling my to "pay up" or i would be loosing my home. Eventually my case was referred to another housing specialist who has never returned any of my call despite my leaving voicemails msgs.
