Since 2005 I have been paying for what I believed was a life insurance policy with OM Mutual. Recently the company "changed" to FGLifeInsCo. I thought it was strange that recently a rep came out to my house to discuss my policy but she didn't have any information about the policy. She informed me that I would have to call FGLifeInsCo. I have lost about $2700 to this fraudulent company.
