Recently, my boyfriend and I had dinner at the Terrace Diner. (A diner that we have been going to for years.) For the first time, we had a waitress that was rude, and not very friendly. While serving me my salad, the entire cup of dressing fell and spilled all over me and my clothing. She said "I knew that was going to happen", gave me three napkins, and walked away. No apology! The next day I spoke to someone in management who was very kind and offered me a gift certificate, and apologized profusely. Two days later, we went back to redeem the gift certificate for breakfast. We got a different server, who was very kind & friendly, and the food was great! Before we left, I went to use the bathroom and the rude waitress (from the previous visit) was in the bathroom texting on her cell phone. I said "Hello", and went into the stall. She proceeded to stand in front of my stall and ask me why I called management, and that I was wrong that she did apologize, etc. I couldn't even leave the stall!! It was horrifying, and I was shaking! I just grabbed my boyfriend, and left. I will NEVER AGAIN go to that diner after years of being a faithful customer. Be aware!
