I ordered Lipo Slim and Natural Cleanse from this company. It costs $4.95 per bottle to ship a 14 day trial. Both bottles came in the same box. I was billed $79.99 for the Lipo Slim and $79.98 for the the Natural Cleanse before the 14 day trial period was up. I called the company and requested a refund. I was told to send the unused portion back to the company. I was given an RMA number for each bottle and was told to return with the number on the package and obtain a tracking number. I was told that once the package was received that I would receive a full refund within 7-10 business days. The package was received by the company. 15 business days later I called to inquire about my refund. They had not processed my package yet, but because I had a tracking number they issued me a refund that they said I would receive within three business days. I received a refund of $67.04 for each bottle returned. I called and asked where the balance of $12.95 for the Lipo Slim and $12.94 for the Natural Cleanse was. They told me that it was a non refundable restock fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor to obtain the balance of my refund. I received no satisfaction and was not allowed to speak to anyone higher up. I also did not receive the balance of my refund. Furthermore, I was told the 14 day trial began the day I placed my order. I also don't see how a company restocked used product. What a scam! By the way, the product doesn't work either. To boot, the company is using Dr Oz to promote their product. I have discovered that he does not promote any product by name although he does promote the use of green coffee beans. All in all I lost $9.90 to have the product shipped to me, another $8.00 with a tracking number to ship back, and $25.89 for their so called restock fee. This has been a very expensive lesson. Just thought I'd warn you!
