I paid the company for Snow removal services for the season. According to the package, they are supposed to plow the snow from Nov 1st to Jun 1st. Till now (Jan 22nd) no one ever turned up to remove the snow despite many snow falls & couple snow storms. Customer care people never answer the phone nor respond to voice mails. Very pissed off with this crappy & unprofessional company
