This mysterious $99 charge showed up while I was looking at my online account. My debit card was not stolen, nor does anyone have my pin number. So, this appears to be an online scam of some sort, where someone got my account number. My bank tells me it's a company in Great Britain, which is another suspicious element to this fraudulent charge.
