I took out a loan with CashX quite some time ago. I filed for bankruptcy in 2011 and CashX was included in my bankruptcy and they have been recieving monthly payments on my behalf since 2011. Now almost 2 years later Planet Loan Inc. is harrasing me via email stating that I owe on a loan I took out and now they want me to pay them! A lady from Planet Loan Inc. contacted me about an NSF from January 2013 but when I asked her why they are just contacting me now and not over the past 2 year she wont and cannot give me a straight answer! They have been trying to withdrawl funds from a bank account that is no longer open and has been closed due to bankruptcy. She told me my credit will be ruined if I dont pay so I contacted my Trustee and he said they have no legal recourse over me as they have been included in my bankruptcy. This company is taking advantage of people in really tuff situations and are scaming people out of money they are not entitled too. Planet Loan Inc. has a number of companies running under them (CASH X) being one of them
