I received a temporary walmart money card from my daughter on Xmas. I was told I would receive a permanent one in the mail. When I went to register the permanent card I found out that $34.98 was deducted on 1/8/13 from a company called SOMEHARD which was a retail store. There was a phone number (8777784033)indicated and when I called the message said the phone was no longer in service. In addition on the same day a 69 cent fee was deducted as a miscellaneous FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE. I used the card once at a movie theatre and haven't shopped at stores in years. I am attempting to get my money back through Walmart's dispute department.
