International boundaries
Authorized a $1.00 record fee for an online birth record I never received. So I checked the activity on my Visa and found a debit for $19.95 for a vehicle historys report. I am disabled and don't drive so I have no need for a vehicle history. I did NOT authorize this debit. While researching all of this I have since found ot that many others were also scammed. The contact email they gave me was for [email protected] that link went absolutely nowhere. People beware!!
