In Oct.of 2010 I met Mr.Johnny Mercaldi through a mutual friend . Mr. Mercaldi told me he represented many companies that made a lot of money for his list of private investors and boasted that no one ever lost any money during his 20 + years in business. He told me he was representing a MMA (mixed martial arts company) that was the only MMA co. to go public. The name of the co.was called Jugular Ink.I was told that I could buy the stock before they went public for $1.50 per share.I was told that the co.was going public before the and of Dec.2010.Iinvested $10,000 and they never went public.I spoke to the president of Jugular on several occasions and all I get is his answer which is "be patient these things take time.I told the president that since they did not go public at the promised date that I wanted my money returned. He refused. The presidents name is Michael Lajtay and he and the company are located in Hunting Beach in So. Calif. I am 76 years of age and cannot affofd to take this kind of loss. If you can help recover my money it would make an old man very happy. Thank you.
