i visited dealday.com in response to their deals that were too good to be true (first clue that i should have avoided them.) to shop the site i was required to give them my credit card info. i assumed the card would only be charged when a purchase was made. after visiting the site i found that the too good to be true deals were falsely advertised and dismissed the site. i soon found that they had billed my credit card on 2 occasions for $39.99. apparently hidden in their fine print they claim i purchased a membership.
