I thought I would give this product a try on a trial bases. At first the took 21$ and some cents out of account, two weeks later they took another 51$ out. New shipment received in mail before I could finish the first bottle or even have time to see if it worked. Then I realize another 42.94 was taken out two after that. I called company 1-800-309-1846, was told to send bottle back with packaging info. I did and was told I would get a refund of my dollars as long as it was within the 60 day return policy. It was shipped out Jan 2, 2013 and should of received Jan. 04, 2013 in Des Moises Iowa. Have return receipt from post office. I was looking at my bank statement today and noticed another 42.94 was taken out. Called company again, they told me it should it was canceled, but they had to take money out of account until they got the merchandise back from warehouse, in order to refund money. WTH? That doesn't make any sense. If the order should cancel, why would you continue to take money out of an account. How do you stop them? and how do I get my money back?
