I've had several funds taken from my account also. Their web site is of no help, However I do have a direct phone number to Grantwebseries which I've used. I told them I do not know who/what they are, she proceeded to tell me, I replied, "that is not helpful" and that I want them to stop taking money from my account immediately.They cancelled what ever they are, issued me a cancellation number, which I will follow closely.
