Foreign accent man said he was with Federal Government in Washington D.C. & I had been chosen to receive $3800 GRANT. No obligation to pay it back.
He insisted I provide Bank Account and/or VISA information as the funds must be deposited.
I refused to provide information & told him "I do not know you" give me your number & I will call back. He verbally insulted me since I would not comply. I told him "Forget about it"! "I do not want the money!" I captured the phone number from Caller I.D.
