i have been trying to get help with home owner past due payments they are running me here and there asking for papers i have all ready sent in told one person that was helping me was let go they never told me he was gone never telling me he was gone i had them on speaker phone heard them laff at me when i asked her to talk to her boss i feel that there are giving me a run around and lieing to me
