I placed an order on 11/30/12 for grapevine wreaths at which time they charged my card $35.13 for the order. I sent several emails and made several phone attemps but no one would return my calls. I got an email saying that they were sorry no one had notified me that they were having problems getting the product from the vendor and they said that they could cancel my order and issue me a refund. To date, I still have not received my refund and they have had my money since 11/30/12.
