the company offered service bundle for cable/internet and home phone for $64.94/$69.94/$74.94, depending on number of channels. The offer was to expire at the end of 2012.Offer was made on inserts on San Diego Union Tribune.
When I called to subscribe, I was told that not only is the phone not available but also the internet in our area. they offered me the cable on and it is $60/mo. But if I am willing to pay more, about double the original offer, I can have the bundle. Bait and switch I told them.
The rep said the offer is not available in our area and that there is a waiver on the flyer saying not available in some areas. I look even on the very fine prints but found none.
