I received a text from 214-984-1603 on 12/16/2012 stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winning code 74637 to claim your FREE $1,000 Target gift card within 24hrs."
I haven't entered any type of contest with Target and I would NEVER use my cell number for anything like this.
When I Googled the phone number it shows that it is from Grand Prairie, Texas (near Dallas), it is a paging/messaging line and the phone carrier is USA Mobility Wireless Inc.
