I signed up for my trial of this product. Due to a severe illness ( I am disabled and bed ridden, on top of this I developed a serious illness
and did not cancel within 14 days. I was semi conscious.) Upon recovery, I telephoned, wrote and e-mailed to cancel my account.Upon receiving my credit card statement I noticed a payment to the company in question of £119.00. I called my credit card provider and cancelled payment from them.I also returned the product to Florida with a covering letter. Today I have yet again received this product. Again, I called my credit card company and they are looking into the matter. Yet again I have e-mailed the company to cancel. We have no phone no. in the UK for the company and calling the States is working out VERY expensive.
