well,On first of all I bought 2 phones in Metro pcs company with the same rate plans, the offer was 30 dollars with limited internet access. The next day I went to the same store and the person was working in the moment tell me about the plan, that's wasn't good enough and I got an new plan{55 dollars);Couple day after I realized my girlfriend still have the same plan(30 dollars)and working as the same I have.On the day 01/13/13 i CALLED THE COMPANY COMPLAINT ABOUT, They said I can't have the same plane aI have in the beginning but They offer me another plan (40 dollars). And now my phone works worse. When I try to get into the wed I can't access without get fail or with the same speed than before(30 dollars plan). The point is I lost the plan I have before because the uninformed employee did said the true; Now I have another "better" but working worse only because complaint it about that?May be because I realized the both are the same plan an now they want to punish me with .What a shame Metro!! you liar to yours costumer.
