I booked a cruise in july for Jan 14 and purchased insurs.
In Nov I learned that the friend that I was taking had a heart attack and had to stay close to UTMB, she lives in Galveston. I called the Carnival number and cancelled the cruise on the 13th of Nov., giving them 2 months to rebook and they had resold it. when I called to cancell the man told me I could try but probably wouldn't give any back, even with the insurance. he said the pre=existing scoleraderma.(which she has had for 20 yrs, we couldn't get any money back. She took a cruise with Carnival a couple yrs ago. THAT WAS FINE WITH THEM THEN. i PUT A COMENT ON THEIR SITE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 7 TO 10 DAYS. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. tHEY HAD THEIR EMPLOYEES SAY HATEFUL ABOUT ME ON THE SITE, tHEY WERE CONNECTED TO CARNIVAL. tHEY GOT 530 WITHOUT A SINGLE MEAL OR DRINk tHEY GOT ALL THE MONEY FOR NOTHING. tHE PHONE GUY OFFERED ME A CREDIT OF $150 ON A FUTURE CRUISE. i HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!! tHE ROOM WAS RE BOOKED. THEY HAD A FULL SHIP WHEN THEY LEFT.
