I received a letter from "US Airlines" informing me I have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets. These tickets are valid for travel anywhere in the Continental U.S. from any major international airport. Ther retail value if up to $1,398.00.
I called them and turns out they are a travel agency that wanted me to travel 2 hours to their office so they could tell me about their services. I said just send me the tickets--and then they said 'oh no you have to come in and let us tell you about our travel packages' they also said they had accessed my personal Credit Bureau report to get information indicating that I was interested in making travel plan--what a lie!
This is mail fraud plain and simple. I want them shut down and also I WANT THE 2 ROUNDTRIP TICKETS WORTH $1,398.00 THAT THEY OFFERED ME--I AM CLAIMING MY OFFER.
The letter was signed by Vice President Dana Kline but I spoke to a man named Peter at telephone number 1-855-879-8217. This is a federal offense.
