The price was advertised as $10. I ordered two and my bill was $196.00 One free, except shipping for every one ordered. For each one I ordered, it should have cost $10.00. I ordered 2. That comes to $20.00. The shipping for the two I was paying for was $7.99 each. The two free ones only pay shipping at $6.99 each.

Your above numbers are confusing. But if you ordered only 2 (or even 4?) units, and RabbitTV is charging you $196, obviously something is not right. My suggestion: If RabbitTV does not give you satisfaction on this issue, have your credcard issuer If you used a creditcard) or bank (if you used a bank-debitcard) IMMEDIATELY seek to recoup that money from RabbitTV for you. You might also find it useful to contact your state Attorney-General's office about the matter. Also the Better Business Burea and your state's/city's Department of Consumer Affairs. And also contact the New Jersey BBB, Dept. of Consumer Affairs, & AG's office. I'm not a lawyer, but my opinion is that if this company TOOK YOUR MONEY WITHOUT BEING LEGALLY AUTHORIZED BY YOU TO DO SO, you may have a case for bringing them up on criminal charges; but perhaps your state's AG's office can advise you about that. -
