I recieved a call for a restricted number claiming that I had be a winner in a sweepstakes randomly selecting wallmart shoppers through a random phone number selection. I was told I had won 2.5 million dollars and a New white Mercedies. I told him that I didn't believe him. He convinced me. He swore on the life of his children and went on about how he knew I was going to do good things with my money and laughed and joked with me until I gave in. He said in order to recieve my prize I had to pay for the shipping of the check and car 475.99 through western union and I would recieve my prize today. I told him I was very uncomfortable with the idea of sending money through western union. He convinced me it was safe and that my money would be refunded to me. He stayed on the phone for hours with me while I waited. Eventually he told me the IRS had stopped the delivery truck and that their was another fee and I new I had been fooled. I felt like an idiot. It is a shame that their are people to prey on the gulable and hopeful in this was. It is also a shame that their are people like me who no beeter and still get scamed. I can believe I believed it and just sent them monsy like that.
