Shortly after speaking with a recording and adding more to my order than what was offered on the TV ad I began to realize I would most likely not get to speak with a real live person. It was then I just decided to hang up WITHOUT completing the order. I was shocked to see a withdrawal from my checking acct. in the name of GPM*GRIPGOGPM*GRIP for $113.58. The package came two weeks later with NO paperwork from the company. The product is some of the crappyist stuff I have ever seen come from China. I will file a complaint with my credit card co. since I am well within the initial 30 days. Hopefully they will go back on this scam business.
