I randomly received a bottle of pills in the mail (here in Australia) addressed to me. The customs label from the sender said "bottle of cosmetic creams" but when I opened it there was a bottle of Resveratrol pills inside... no invoice, no slips, no ads, no nothing.

I then checked my online banking and there was a $39.95 charge from Terneckhelp.com.

I am not sure what to do, as I definitely did NOT order these pills, don't want them, and want my money back!

Last year I ordered a couple bottles of cleansing pills online, also from Florida (it was a kind of online scam, but I fell for it... my fault). After that they wanted to keep sending me pills but I asked them to stop, and asked them to take my name and billing info off their system.

Although these pills are different, and from a different sender in Florida, I am thinking the two might somehow be related.

Can someone please tell me how to get my $ back?? Thanks!
