I ordered the complete Muppet Show for Christmas. It arrived in time, but was an INCOMPLETE, horrible sloppy bootleg of random shows, no where near the total 5 seasons advertized. I lodged a complaint with my credit card company, since the the website for Memory Lane no longer exists.

- After googling so many DVD websites, I found out memorylanedvd has one of the great selections of TV shows I’ve been searching for a long time. I purchased last December 01, 2012 for the whole set of The Nanny as a Christmas gift for my wife. After proceeding with the ordering process and successful payment, I got a confirmation within an hour so that’s really a plus. They also indicated that delivery will take 8-12 working days so it’s fine because there will still be an allotted time before Christmas. But on December 20th, the package hasn’t arrived yet so I emailed them on their website and within the day I received an email from Rene Sadler. He/She (I don’t know if he’s a girl or boy) informed that the shipment got delayed because of the holiday mail rush but he assured that the DVDs will arrive in time before Christmas. He also forwarded the current shipping status that time and showed some proof of shipment. 2 days have passed after reading his email and finally, the merchandise arrived. It’s in good condition and I gave it to my wife on Christmas Eve which really surprised her because she’s a number one fan of Fran. When we tested the discs, it’s absolutely great – the quality is fantastic! Well, this order is really worth the wait. Eventhough there’s a slight delayed on the shipment, memorylanedvd gave me the kind of product worth satisfying for. I don’t know what happened to some of customers here. I can suggest that you need to contact them if you have any problems regarding your orders? In my case, they always reply to my emails and provided good customer service.

- I have absolutely no accusation with the product I received from memorylanedvd.com. The DVDs were shipped in a very suitable manner and arrived in mint condition. I bought the Hart to Hart boxset from them! It arrived with good packaging and the quality of the DVDs is simply in its finest. I wouldn’t hesitate to place future orders from this seller!

- I was looking for a birthday present for my husband, and then I suddenly saw memorylanedvd.com. I was so thrilled because they have these collections of classic TV series which I’ve been looking for a very long time. So, I decided to purchase The Gunsmoke DVDs for him because I know he surely will love it. It was a high-speed delivery from MemorylaneDVD. My problem is with the DVDs playability. Every disc I checked skipped in the middle of the program. I addressed this issue to the company and they reply asking for some details about the player I’m using which I didn’t know that these discs will not able to play in older DVD players like 5years older. They suggested trying it in another player which I did. I had a DVD player I purchased last year, and it completely worked there. I was really thankful that they didn’t ignore me as I thought I got scammed. The quality of the whole set is pretty good and comes with great packaging as well. Overall, I’m fully satisfied, not only with the whole set I received and also to the kind of service memorylanedvd has provided me. Very much recommended.
