Went to a presentation in newport beach because offered free cruise and airfare for 2 if listen to presentation. We ended up buying the program because they said they could get it traded for the timeshare that i already owned. Basically ive had a gentlemen call and guide me to stop paying on the time share that my timeshare was a scam so i have and basically its destroyed my credit. When i sent in the vouchers for free cruise and airfare with the deposit requested it came back to me saying that it was not valid because it was not dated by the traditions travel group that sold me the sea to ski package. Back in july we booked a weekend through sea to ski and it saved us a little bit of money. Yesterday i tried to book on their website another weekend trip and it quoted me 406.00. Before i booked i found same hotel for 359.00 and booked it myself remembering that sea to ski offers 110% price match if you find it a better deal. When i called them they said they can get hotel for 329.00 so i cancelled with other place i had booked and asked sea to ski to book. Waited a day and no confirmation sent to me so i called them and they said the price went up to 406.00 and they sent me an email waiting for me to confirm. I never got this email so i asked to speak to the Manager and the women named betthany said that it is not their fault that i did not answer the email. I had already cancelled the hotel i had booked through the other site because sea and ski quoted 329.00. Any way i started reading these other complaints and now feel ive been scammed by sea to ski. I do not believe the owner betthany and husband have the best interest in the customer who paid big money for a vacation service that im positive i can find better deals myself. Im very upset i believed traditions travel about the purchase and promises they promised bout sea to ski.
