Hello again; *I did a loan with Everest for $500.00 plus their fee of $75.00 total $575.00
Below is the email I received on 1/6/2013...
Here are the Options that Everest gives customers...
I picked Number (3) I replied to their email as the said telling them to pull on the 11th $200.00...$75.00 which is their fee & $125.00 towards the Balance...When checking my bank Statement they pulled $75.00 on the 11th not $200.00..I called customer service and spoke with a total(Inappropriate Content Removed)"sorry"...I told her what took place and that they need to pull the other part of my payment which was the $120.00 and apply it on my Balance..( because if you don't make a payment plus the $75.00 fee's they will charge you $150.00 the next due date plus what ever amount you can pay..So the Lady I spoke to me said that they couldn't apply the $125.00 towards my balance because it was to late..even though I email them back per Everest instructions..I told her so that's how you guys do business...She started laughing at me and said that there is nothing I can do about it..I will have to pay $150 plus what I can pay for that due date..I need some help. I'm going to call my Bank an let them know...but they need to be turned in..Please help me.. Thanks once again Donna CHECK THIS SITEOUT.

3. Pay back a portion of your loan and your finance fee of 75.00. This is a convenient way to pay back your loan over a longer period of time and reduce your fees. Please send us an e-mail at [email protected] or call us at 866-794-3244 and notify us by 4 PM CST three daysprior to your due date.

* On your 5th due date your loan will automatically pay down by 5% of the original principal balance plus the finance fee, and will continue to pay down by 5% of the original loan amount in addition to the finance fee on each following due date until the loan has been successfully paid off.

Based on the option you have chosen, please make sure the money is available in the bank account listed in your application on January 11, 2013 to avoid incurring any additional fees.
