I had tried to order a PDF copy of a typewriter manual, which after purchasing their short term temporary access for $4.95 plus the exchange rate add on, I was unable to download even though they listed as available.

I wrote a complaint to their support team who two days later acknowledged that that it was not available.

I then asked for a refund of the $4.95 and add exchange rate on. I not heard anything more from them to this day.

A few days later my bank called asking if I had authorized a $69.95 purchase from them to which I of course denied having done. The bank then reversed both amounts as fraudulent my Visa card had been charged.

Had my bank not caught the charges, I would have probably been out $75 or more until I caught it, if ever.

Quamm as far as I am concerned has procedures that are nothing more than scams. If you try cancel anything through the support people nothing happens.

They have no email address that accepts emails sent to them either (they are returned as undeliverable or the mail box is full). So, you are at their mercy when attempting to correspond with them.

Their website is not clear about how to communicate with their finance people nor canceling your account, nor attempting to get refunds.

Their automatic billing once they have your credit card info is down right fraudulent in my opinion.

If you have used them with any good success, you are I guess fortunate. I will never recommend them and I have nothing good to say about them or their website as to how it functions.
