Sent out a notification that looked like it was from my bank, I called and ended up giving them money to lower my interest rate through their modification program- To make a long story short my bank says they have not even spoken to these so called attorneys.I have initiated getting my money back from my bank because the money was taken electronically through ACH. At least you can reverse the charges, thank goodness!
