We had recently shopped at a coach brick and mortar outlet while vacationing out of town and got some really good deals due to a sale coach was running. When we returned home, my wife found some websites including this one, where they were running similar sales on purses with similar prices on the ones she got at the brick and mortar and other coach purses were even less. They even offered free shipping via EMS. We never heard of EMS and we thought it was a courier service like UPS. We bought the purses and paid through something called Fashion Pay an online payment system.

A week later we got a notification from the post office that there was a package from China waiting for us. My wife got the package. It was the purses. The purses said coach but they were of really bad quality. Worth far less than the $59 each we paid for them. The materials were of lower quality and the purses were even unfinished (the zippers only went ¾ of the way across the top of the purse they weren’t even sewn to the purse all the way. The Coach tag usually made of leather and affixed on the handle with a keychain chain was made of plastic on one “All Leather: purse (the purse was actually all plastic), made of paper on another purse and non existant (just the chain) on another one. When we checked the website for contact information they didn’t have any. We did find contact information on the emailed invoice which included a phone number which never answers and an email for fashion pay. Fashion pay by the way states on their website that they only charge the merchant never the customer but they charged us $14.00 for the transaction. It is owned by Shenzhen Suhuitong Network Technology CO. LTD. also out of China.
We are disputing it with our credit card company and trying to get any information on dealing with these 2 companies or how to further complain. Can we contact the Chinese Government?
