I had a problem with my IPhone and wanted to call Apple to see if they can fix it. I called a number I found on Google search under apple support (1-877-703-6558) and the teller let me believe it was Apple. Even the answering machine was set up as Apple is: "I am an automated system that can handle full sentences" etc. I had to call back a few times to have my problem fixed. In the end my phone issue remained unresolved. I made an appointment with the Apple store to have the IPad broken screen replaced as the technician made me believe Apple will give me a discount because the Apple Care Plan I have purchased from this company. There I found the plan I purchased wasn't recognized by Apple and they did not have any records of me speaking with them on the phone over the last days. They told me about this MyHelp Tech Company. After that I found from the bank that the $99.99 charge I payed to this company was a recurrence. I would have had 2 more changes and I didn't know about it. The person who sold me the plan never told me the plan was 3 payments of $99.99 each. I called them back, they were very rude and didn't want to reimburse my money. They canceled the recurrence payments but refunded me only $40 out of $100.00 already payed. I called again the phone numbers advertise on Google under apple support search and asked them if they are Apple Inc. All the tellers I spoke to, said yes, they are Apple Inc. I asked them why they say they are Apple because at the bottom of their web page it is stated they are a third party not sponsored, authorized or otherwise approved by Apple, Inc.
This company it is a very big scam!!! I hope Apple does something about them as they use their name to rip people off.
