This Co. was offering free samples. and required me to payfor the shipping of these samples. I did recieve the samples, but did not open the package, as I discovered in the meantime, that the meds I was taking that it was not safe to take any weight loss items, therefore I did not even open the package, Oh well .All I thought was, that I lost ,was the shipping costs.Later on ,while checking over my Visa Statement I discover almost $200.00 was taken out on my visa.I contacted Mizalean, waited about 10 min. Spoke to thier rep. and told that I had to contact them within 14 days, (I had not even recieved the package in that time, ) in order to recieve a refund. They offered me 25% of my money back. if I accepted right then and thier.I asked, How can you run your business that way, In Canada, that is Fraud, Theft. pure theft.I will let Visa let thier fraud department made aware of your operations and cancelled my Visa Card. They have to be stopped, I am a disabled senior, I recieve very ,little money and this could have bought me alot of my meds.
