********I am requesting a refund of $24.00 due to the fact that your GoldenGirl did not keep the sechuleded free first 10min. appt. I made with her as per what I was promised..I waited for my scheduled time and she never made herself available on 12-31-2012.... this is unacceptable and I have not received a response from you or your "professional psychic"....that being said I will forward all corresondece to Lisa Madigan Illinois attorney generals office for consumer fraud, deception, unfair methods for obtaining funds for servieces not rendered and also the BBB warning others of your site.*******
I sent this as a last resort after coutless requests for a refund...to this date they have not replyed.
