The person purporting to be Anita Baker and I fell in love on the internet. I thought she was the "perfect woman" at least for me. She was supposedly in Cambodia at the time finishing up a large project. She's supposedly in Kansas City now. Thanks to the vigilant eyes at Western Union, I didn't actually lose any money. May have accomplices to wit, Ovida May Harris of Waynesboro, MS; Michelle Cordova, (Personal Information Removed); and Mark Jones

You will find her on Cheaters.net as Harmony334 or honeymoon75. Why she has two profiles I don't know. I don't know if the profiles are for the real Anita Baker of North Hills, CA or of the one I'm calling the identity thief. Yes, there is an Anita Baker residing in North Hills, but she has seen fit not to have her address or phone no. show up on WhitePages.com. I have tried to contact local law enforcement to go to see the real Anita Baker and ask her if she realizes her identity has been stolen, but the LAPD does not answer its phones.

- Whitey5555: Be very, very careful. She's stolen all my money, destroyed my family and it's still not enough for this avaricious bitch. She'll give you this story about having earned a six million dollar commission, but will ask you for $5000 to unfreeze those funds for her. She'll also claim that her mother left her an inheritance of ten million dollars and ask you for 20 thousand to pay the back taxes on it. Her real email address is [email protected]. Once she gets her hand in your pocket, you'll never get it out again.

- Unfortunately, there are any number of scammers out there using the name "Anita Baker." One purports to be from Mexico and the other from Ivory Coast. It is altogether possible that the person I attacked so viciously is, in fact, for real. If I knew how I would delete that initial complaint.
