I agreed to activate Speedy Pro software to speed up and clean my Computer .A full version was downloaded. I ran it and it detected about 250 errors that should be cleaned up.After the clean up, there was no difference in the speed of the computer. I later on ran their program and cleaned the errors. Another ad poped up on my screen that it can speed up my computer. I downloaded free scan of their program and ran it to see if mine is clear of errors or not. I was surprised that it detected another 150 erros that were slowing down my computer.
The problem is that Speedy pro charged me the amount for one year and will automatically renew it for one more year.I dont want to renew with them.
Today I repeated the process with a Gold winning program from another partner of Microsoft. Again it detected 150 errors that need to be cleaned. Obviously Speedy Pro program is not able to clean the computer.
I dont want to renew, but I have to wait until October any way, at which time I will cancel the contract with them.

- I have this problem too, and can find nowhere on their website to stop it
