They somehow invaded my computer I couldn't get rid of their ad which also stops your computer and runs a scan and tell you how many problems you have and why your computer is slow. well 298.00 later my computer doesnt work, and cancelled and demanded my money back the evening of purchase(1-6-13). I had to buy another laptop so I called them back on 1-8-13. A man He said his name is Eddy Thomas spoke to me and I told him I wanted to know how long before I get my mone back. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about after I gave him my ref: number. My magic jack doesnt work, I can't use my printer. but did print out there receipt before I gave them control of my computer. I want to know what happened to a company offering a 30day money back garantee. I wasn't happy the same day of service and they want to take your money.
