Told me I won the Euro lottery of 2.477,000.oo Then to send him 200 to deliver parcel. Then told me Spanish government had a hold on it and was told to pay the fee of 500.oo Then said the U.N had it, and were holding it undre the new anti terorizm laws.Mr. Pablo sent me certificates from the External Auditing unit saying that the funds belonging to me has been duelly cleared by the minister of finance head office at Avda de Armengual Piso 24-31 28004 Madrid Spain. Also had certificate that said that it is with the support of the Council of Europe Winner of Euro RaffleThis has all happened from Jan. 2nd till Jan. 8th 2012\2013
