There is actually no way to do this. All I can find is complaints like mine both facebook and zynga do not have contact information to resolve or register complaints to them.

- This happened to me yesterday also. I purchased the $25 Treasure Chest which should have awarded 200 instant CV dollars and $4 every week for a year.
