Bought a pair of what i believed to be Uggboots from a site called uggboots.webeeden.co.uk
Complained immediately upon arrival as shoes were damaged and i am sure are fakes after investigating the company a little more. Item arrived into uk via DHL described as plastic cover instead of shoes and i have also now a bill for customs duty
Update: 01/08/2013
They have agreed either a £5 compensation or full refund if i send them back to them - but i have to pay for the carriage which will cost me another £35.00.
