I WANT TO ADD THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL THE ORDER ON THEIR SITE! AND ANOTHER POSTER SAID IF YOU CALL ITS JUST AN AUTOMATED VOICE. THIOS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL DONT YOU AGREE?

PLUS YOU HAVE NO IDEA THAT THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS A WHOPPING 15.99 (THATS MORE THAN THE BOOTIE ITSELF!),FOR 1 STUPID PAIR OF THESE BOOTIES UNTIL THE LAST PAGE BUT BY THE TIME YOU GET THERE YOUR ORDER IS ALREADY COMPLETE. BY THAT TIME THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. SCAMMERS! BTW, THESE BOOTIES ARE ON AMAZON.COM FOR 14.99 OR LESS. I USED THIS SITE BECAUSE THEY WERE OFFERING 2 PAIR FOR 14.99. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! IF YOU ADD IT UP.... 24.99 (1 PAIR) +15.95 (S&H), IT COSTS YOU 39.98!!!!!!!!! THATS WITHOUT THE SLIPPER UPGRADE FOR 5 BUCKS OR 6.95 (EXPRESS DELIVERY). ANOTHER THING IS I PAID 6.95 FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND ON MY CONFIRMATION PAGE IT STILL SAID MY ORDER WOULD ARRIVE IN 2-6 WEEKS SO I DOUBT THEY EVEN HAVE EXPRESS DELIVERY.

I called them at 1-866-972-8693 with a rep. from my CC co. Here is the explanation he gave us.
1. I asked why you are automatically charged when you go to the last page. He said "This is a live ordering system and we expect the customer to know the price of what they are ordering, this isnt like Amazon" WOW!!
2. I asked him why my booties were 24.95 instead of 14.99, he said I must have upgraded to the deluxe boootie. Which I did so I was charged 5.00 each pair of booties totaling 10.00 on top of the 14.99. And "P&H" is 7.95 FOR EACH PAIR OF BOOTIES and since you are getting a "free pair" they charge 7.95 for that pair too so its 15.90!
There is a number on the Hot Bootie site that you can call for a live person. 1-866-972-8693. He said you can also cancel your order there too. Here is the site https://www.customerstatus.com . The info is found at the bottom left of the main page under customer service. I see it says if you return them you get your money back except for the 15.90 P&H charge. They better refund it to me because they havent even been shipped out yet. For those of you that want to dispute the charges you should call the number on the back of your CC or your bank if it was a debit card. Good Luck :-) -
