iwas a dsn customer for some time i enjoyed shopping then i ordered a tsavorite ring it came to be about $450 it never came called and was told they were behind in shipping that it may be another month that they were behind in making the rings I believed them then i ordered some necklaces and a spalarite the necklaces came about 3month late i sent them back they were for a gift month before i recieved them the spalarite had no color it was horrible I was given an in store credit i figured i would spend it anyway the ring still did not come i placed an order for a zircon i got a wATCH INSTEAD i had started to use my in store credit for some tormaline and a few other items for this I recieved an empty box I was upset before the empty box came becouse of the watch the ring I did not put up to much of an argument about the watch but i said something about the zircon and other stones i had not gotton yet I was speaking to an operator who asked Art who was on air and he told everyone that was watching that i was a board old house wife that had nothing better to do then complain and bother the operators i should go bother my husband who probably was out anyway to get away from me but to stop calling and bothering his call center and him and was hung up on after that I called the next day and spoke again with ashly from customer service who i had gotton to know pretty good by know calling them every month to find out were thing s like the ring was since the end of jan the necklaces in feb some stones never recieved yet so on I asked about my in store credit and was told i spent it tranfered to someone else when i asked on what to be told i never had an in store credit and that the items that i had ordered were in the mail that i paid for and they were tired of my orders not being paid for for when i ordered them and that i could not order from them anymore which was not true and i have the bank statements to prove it they just could not over bill me i keep track of what i ordered and after being a victom of thief before there was a limit on what they could get from me unless i approved it with the credit card the watch was one of those items they tried to take out another $180 for the stone i ordered as well that time and they could not I thought it was a mistake when it happened but learned not to long after what they were up to. I even recieved calls from them 3 months after i ordered the tsavorite ring that the were conferming the order. I ordered an opal ring for myself i think it was april the payment was cleared , they were doing auctions a week later during the day they put another opal ring up I figured i would bid see were it went and get my sisterinlaw one as well it is her birthstone she would love it i won the auction for the ring i ordered a size 5 for her all was good they tried to bill me the full price of the ring and then called me and said i ordered 2 last week and i was not getting the one i won and canceling that order so i could pay less for it it was about $100 cheeper then the first one i ordered the auction did not go in there favor so they canceled the order and hung up on me they were yelling at me for there problem not mine the rings were not even the same size and the rest of the orders that i had placed then came in empty boxes ithey came at all they never sent the tsavorite ring at all a year later i figured i would take a shot at it and call the operator asked Art about it i could hear him in the back ground as he told me they were out of tsavorite and i would have to wait until he got it in so they could make the ring that night i turned on dsn and they were selling tsavorite again as he had just told me they were out I tried to work with these people for months i was asked if there was another ring i liked that was about the same price i picked one out that i was interested in they took the order it was not my idea it was the person on the phone that worked for dsn later that week i recieved a call that they were trying to bill me for the pearl ring and i needed to pay for it now i explained it to her on the phone as she yelled at me that the convesation never took place and she was going to cancel my order and i would never be able to order from them again that the other ring was already shipped and how dare i it was never shipped this went on for far to long
I was swindled by Art and dsn to get as much money as they could from me for 6-8 months they mailed just enough to make me believe that mistakes were made and they were correcting them as they picked my pocket for weeks a little more each time.
I know i lost a fair amount and others lost $1000s at high priced goods i thought that the whole credit card protection thing that my bank had set up was a little bit of a pain at the time but after dsn i see why they do things this way now
this was on Tv it should have been checked out better by the fcc before they were allowed to air Art has a reputation as a swindler world wide as i have found out after the fact he should have never been allowed to air he was found to be involved in the andistine from mongolia scam how did he get so far on national tv
I guess he had the last laugh all the way to the bank with everyones money again

the GIA acredits him shame on them he should lose any right to his GIA title it is a discrace to all that have studied !

  • refund and GIA title stripped from all invovled and fcc not allow those involved back on air donations made to the countries the stones came from that were used to defraud people
