I Saw On Facebook A Way To Receive Extra $$$ From The Government.

I was part of a scam.
I saw an advertising on Facebook. Looking up the site and doing some homework I decided to subscribe myself.
Paying $2.97 with my MC I received an E-Mail on the details of how to go about their scam.
For awhile I read and clicked around until I was distracted by my daily chorus. I told myself that after the holidays when I'll have more time I come back to it.
Today I openned my MC statement and saw a total of $33.64 was withdrawn from my account by: [email protected] 86636012 on December 20th 2012.
I have to say that I did not sign up for a monthly withdrawal nor did I read it in the fine print.

This scam is completely ridiculous and I am a fool for falling for it. My question now is, Do I have any hope of seeing my money again?

Their e-mail to me:

Your credit card has been charged $2.97, this will show as -- Government Grants -- on your next statement. You will also find our toll free phone number next to it and you are always welcome to give us a call if you have any questions or if something is unclear.
