An inducement on the basis that I was entitled to a refund via Western Union of £170 for a security scam that I had supposedly been a victim of in the past few months. To enable the repayment I needed to go to Teamviewer to download a verification certificate. When challenged about the payment I had supposedly made (which I do not remember) there was more interest in me entering details into Teamviewer rather than addressing my concerns. I therefore hung up prior to entering any information. It may be genuine but I have my doubts!
