Ordered 1 x Gopro Hero 3 and paid for 1 x Gopro Hero 3 to receive an email saying that they had made a mistake and sent 11 Gopros and have put the parcel on hold in Indonesia. Demanded that we pay $2000 for the other 10 Gopros before they will authorise the release of the parcel. I put a payment through subject to receiving the parcel and then the money would be released and have since cancelled the payment as I have done research in to the Freight Company 'Transit Speed Post' and it all seems to be negative. Jupitell will not refund my money or send me another Gopro as they say that we are trying to scam them. The freight company is supposedly not releasing the parcel and says they cannot return to the sender and thatI will have to pay the money, I have therefore no Gopro Camera and no money. Jupitell hangs up on the phone all the time and is quite rude with the couple of responses with them and say they are keeping my money because I am trying to scam them!!! Work that one out!
